The root word in happiness is Happens. If I only based my happiness on
what happens, I would be a wreck.So I admit I don't any have any
happiness. I have Joy! " The Joy of the lord is my strength"

Having Joy surpasses happiness because in joy, when the bad comes the
joy of the lord will hold. I have feelings, I just don't let them
