In the middle of a thought....

Well my thoughts seem to be my new forum. Im the only one who knows what im thinking,saying,reittarating. My mind seems to have a mind of its very own.Yesterday, I was watching my hands in front of my face and I noticed how these hands are going to be used to either build ot tear down. I have used them for the most part to build. I have to handle my panel. Its probably all the stress thats amounting that makes me view what I view and how i view it.
