Memorial Day Barb-Q w/ BYS and BWOC

So today was the barb-q with CSUB's BYS and BWOC (the Black Clubs on campus). This was probably the most fun I have had in the last few months. We played games and had a water fight. We also saw these guys krumping so i joined in.. LOL...

These are essentially what my middle school freshness required. Back in 2001 i wasn't thinking about JORDANS, and all of them seem to have came out. i even missed the elevens (xi). If any body knows anybody ( ie family members lol) who have any old Nike(no matter how busted they are) i'll take them. If any one knows were i can find these in a 9.5 or 10 hit me up. lol.

"13You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature[a]; rather, serve one another in love. 14The entire law is summed up in a single command: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'[b] 15If you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.
Life by the Spirit

So its almost down to the wire. My classes are slowly but surely wrapping up and summer is approaching. The question is what do i do? I'm going to have close to three months off with plenty of free time. What i really want to do is something that i have never done before. I maybe want to travel i really just want to explore. This whole year in college has made a significant impact on me. This period in my life has made me adjust to the things in and out of my life.Since the passing of my mother i have seen my world completely turn inside out. But overall my passions have changed. I love acting but i also feel i can gain success in other endeavors. Girls have asked me for courtship and that's a story in itself. I really don't want my blog to turn into a griping session but I'm happy that my life isn't complacent. I feel reason im so antsy is because I'm finally truly learning.
God has something in store for me i just dont' know what it is yet.

How are you?

todays theme is well-being. If i could define wellbeing it would be my evaluation of my feelings and emotions. I figured Im pretty skitzo. Im Moody and unstable. I'm evaluating myself and trying to figure what kind of expectation do i hold myself to.
Summer for me is a around the corner i guess its time to dress for the heat.

In class today it was a memorization check for my monologue form Tennessee Williams The Glass Menagerie. It went well though I had stumbled on a few words. I have always had a hard time playing Jim because with this monologue you have to convey the awkwardness. I feel when ever I do it its cheesy. I probably just have to go over the monologue and memorize the pauses because they were put their for a reason. The pace of the monologue is mid-tempo meaning that’s it’s pace is at a even tone. I guess its back to memorizing for my performance on Thursday.

Happy Mothers Day to you.

This Mothers Day was the first that i couldn't share with my mother. Today fell on a Sunday, but i cant look at Tuesdays and Saturdays the same. If i could only speak to her again i would tell her that my love for her is can't be conveyed with words. Honestly I'm starting to want to through in the towel, But what will that due to me in the long run. It would only hurt me. My mother was loving, caring, stubborn, and warm. There is no one on the face of this earth i mean nobody who could ever take her spot. She couldn't even take her own spot. The bridge between empathy and sympathy is a long one. SO i don't expect to find any common interest with these feelings ,but i would urge you to no to take your love ones for granted because when they go that void will never be filled. In relation to this i know have four other siblings that are looking at me when i'm looking forward . I have to be strong for them. Lord Help MY and My family. MOM let your soul rest in holy peace and fill my heart and mind with the memories that we shared forever.

I think if I had to name today’s subject it would probably be called breakthrough. I thinks the class as a whole witnessed the development of actor’s on stage. It was enthralling to see with every push, kick, and breath the shedding of the personal and the surfacing of the character. Personally, when I was on stage I knew that my target was the character I envision myself. With every breath I felt the exchange of emotion within me. I have a lot of pent up anger, aggression, pain, and love on the inside because of my life right now. With the words of the monologue I completely let go and I saw myself melt into the character.

Well Today is My Sunday and it was an intresting one. Personally, Im really grieving hard about my mother. Im always on the brink of tears and that's only the short of it. But, I have Jesus and No one else Understands me better than him.
